Job Description:

This antenna engineering role seeks a hands-on engineer who enjoys developing high-performance antenna systems and thrives in collaborating with a dynamic team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and test antenna systems with advanced capabilities for wireless power-beaming applications. Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Design, develop, and validate high-performance antenna systems for wireless power-beaming applications.

  • Evaluate and select appropriate antenna technologies based on project requirements.

  • Analyze test results and optimize antenna designs for efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, academic professionals, and other stakeholders.

  • Lead or contribute to research initiatives to advance wireless technologies.

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

• Strong understanding of electromagnetics, wave propagation, and wireless systems.

• Proven track record in simulating, modeling, designing, and hands-on validation of antenna systems using EM software such as HFSS, CST, etc.

• Prior experience in preparing manufacturing files and PCB design with Altium, etc.

• Familiarity with antenna measurement and characterization, and the ability to comprehend antenna measurement data.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills.

In this phase, we offer maximum flexibility regarding location and working hours. There are no relocation requirements, and we can collaborate remotely.
